You’re ready to make yourself a pair of collet blocks? Excellent. Here are the drawings I used to make the blocks shown in this video.
You will be purchasing the design drawing for the collet block project. This includes a square collet block and a hexagonal collet block.
It includes the change to the wrench flats on the collet nut.
One additional change was the taper on the receiving end. I show 10 degrees but during the project I went with a 9 degree taper.
