So you want to make a precision machinist jack? Excellent. Here are the drawings I used to make in this video.
This purchase contains the drawings for my build of the 2-stage precision machinist jack.
I made mine from A2 tool steel but other heat treatable materials would make good options as well.
In addition to materials you will need 2x #10-32 x 3/4″LG Socket Head Cap Screws
Of course feel free to adapt to your tooling (or units). And, if you make a set of jacks, I’d love to see them!
